2003 美国南卡罗莱纳州克莱门森大学(Clemson University)生物工程系助理教授
2008 美国南卡罗莱纳州克莱门森大学(Clemson University)生物工程系副教授并获得终身职,兼任Clemson-MUSC联合生物工程学科的再生医学实验室主任
2010 美国南卡罗莱纳州克莱门森大学(Clemson University)生物工程系教授, Hansjörg Wyss 冠名首席教授
目前还担任CRC《Stem Cell Engineering Handbook》的主编、《Materials Science and Engineering》杂志客座主编和多个国际知名学术期刊的特邀审稿人(如:Nature, Bone,Biomaterials,Macromolecules,Biomacromolecules等)。
