Research Interest:
Fundamental Research: Intelligent and/or biodegradable biomaterials, including the understanding of the phase transition behavior of thermosensitive hydrogels, exploring both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, which control the response kinetics of thermosensitive hydrogels; improving the response dynamics of the intelligent hydrogels; and developing novel biodegradable and smart biomaterials.

Applied Research:
Applications of synthesized polymers in the biomedical and biotechnological fields, such as controlled drug release, tissue engineering, and gene delivery.
